1. PREPARING THE TRACK
Before you will send us track you have to mix your song to the one stereo Wav. It must be a 48000 khz 24 or 32 bit Wav file.
MOST IMPORTANT RULE !
Do not use normalize function, compressor, limiter or maximizer on a mix. Keep the track quiet.

2. USEING OUR UPLOAD FORM

Upload your track to our dropbox which u can find on the upload page.

Also, feel free to enter any additional notes or suggestions on our feedback form or by e-mail.

3. PAYING

After we listen to your track, we decide if it's OK for mastering or not. If not, we will give you some very short mixing advices and if yes, we will provide links for payment, so you could make a pre-payment before we will master your track.
You can pay using Paypal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard) through the 3rd party service. Both ways are safe, We don't collect your credit card numbers and other billing informations.

 4. DOWNLOADING

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ?
Usually mastering takes not longer than 1-3 working days. When it will take longer, we will inform you BEFORE YOU PAY.

RECEIVING MASTER
After your master is ready, we will send you link to the track (16 bit WAV file). It may happen that you don't like something in the master and if it's definitely our fault (like clicks etc.) we will fix it for free.
